IMMEDIATE OPENING: Advocate Supervisor/Education Liaison

The Advocate Supervisor/Education Liaison provides expert case supervision, in partnership with the CASA Program Team and Program Director, to volunteer Advocates in order to ensure children served by CASA receive comprehensive advocacy that leads to their safety, well-being and permanency. This position builds and manages relationships with educational partners and provides professional support, in partnership with our community and schools, to support volunteer Advocates with the goal to improve educational outcomes for all children served by CASA.

Advocate Supervisor/Older Youth Specialist (Available May 2018)

This Advocate Supervisor/Older Youth Specialist supervises volunteers providing support to youth ages 14-21 and manages relationships with key partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for older youth in the foster care system assigned to CASA. This position provides expert case supervision to CASA Advocates to ensure children served receive comprehensive advocacy, and supports the goals of safety, well-being and permanency.

BOTH POSITION ARE:

  • Full-time, non-exempt positions of 40 hours per week  requiring some evening and week-end work
  • Benefits: Fully-paid medical/dental/vision benefits for employee. A 403b plan is available. 160 annual PTO hours plus 11 paid holidays.
