Transition Age Youth

“A lighthouse doesn’t know upon who it shines, people just sail their ship toward it. I met these people who are human lighthouses, they are everyday heroes.”

-Steve Pemberton, Former Foster Youth, Author, and Business Executive

Transition Age Youth are at a pivotal point in their lives as they get ready to launch into young adulthood.
