Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is available to Medi-Cal members who are currently receiving services from CASA of Santa Cruz County. Their Medi-Cal needs to be through Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance). ECM services are fully covered by the Alliance at no cost to you.

CASA's ECM is designed to help individuals and families with meeting their health needs. ECM provides a dedicated Lead Care Manager that coordinates medical care, mental health services, and community resources to improve overall health outcomes.
