Optima is your Advocate Portal giving you access to documents, contacts, and hearing information.
- Advocates are required to input Contact Logs at a minimum of 1x/month
- Your contact log notes are kept confidential between you and your Advocate Supervisor and are not shared with other members of the child's team
- Contact Logs should be ALL INCLUSIVE of total hours spent on the case. This includes: texts, emails, phone calls, visits (driving), reading files or case documents, writing court reports, participating in team meetings, meeting with your supervisor
- Use the "Trainings" tab to log your continuing education hours to be reviewed and approved by your Advocate Supervisor
