Sailing trip for four! Join Bob and Patrice Keet for a daytime sail in their 27 ft boat.

Departing from the Santa Cruz harbor, Bob and Patrice will host you and up to 3 guests for a few hours as you relax and take in our picturesque Santa Cruz coastline and Santa Cruz’s must-see landmarks from the best view in town.

Keep your eyes open for seals, sea lions, otters relaxing in the kelp forests, and dolphins. You may even spot a whale tail or spout at any point during your sail. On clear days, you can see across all 26 miles of the Monterey Bay to the city of Monterey and take in all the beauty this Marine Sanctuary has to offer.

Spend six nights with up to six guests in this three-bedroom and 2/12 baths three level vacation home, locally known as the "bird house" with its four bay windows.

Located less than five minutes from Palisades Alpine ski area and within ten minutes of Palisades ski area (formerly Squaw Valley ski area), this Alpine home has the convenience and amenities to make your ski vacation easy and comfortable.

The Master bedroom suite is on the top floor with a full bath and queen bed. The middle floor is an open floor design with living room, dining room, and kitchen. It includes a gas wood stove in addition to hydronic heating on all floors.

On the lower floor are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles. It also includes a full bath. The home also has a single car garage with two off-street parking spaces.

Snow shoveling is included along with Wi-Fi and Dish TV.
